This exercise is simple, but intense. Many pole shapes require the active use of this stretch, such as Superman and crescent. However, you’re more likely to feel the demand of this stretch in leg-catching shapes like allegra, coccoon, eagle, etc.

Tools: 2-4 blocks, hand weights are optional if you’d like to increase the intensity
