Intermediate Bridge Shapes
This is best used as a final flow for your exercise routine. Do not do this without warming up.
This bridge series is great for building your backbend endurance and ability to coordinate in this position. Because there is a lot of engagement involved, we may have difficulty translating asymmetrical poses/shapes on the pole if we do not have stability downloaded in our systems quite yet.
These shapes are also beautiful foundations that can be used in floor-work or dynamic low flow.
Pre-req: comfortable bridge without block assistance.
