Front Splits Foundations - Activation and Strengthening

This exercise is slightly more advanced. I recommend starting at an easier position than you think you need to get acclimated to the engagement.

Many pole shapes require foundational split flexibility. Luckily, we can get away with open splits or using the pole as a form of passive support.

These exercises support active lengthening through split-centered shapes and strengthening in passive holds.
