Gentle General Full Body Warm Up
This is a general warm up for getting into your body and calming your nerves. I typically train my flexibility after a long work out, but in case you prefer to stretch after a long day of sedentary work, this will suffice as an intro into your body before your next exercise.
Tools: 2 blocks if you have difficulty balancing in a forward fold.
