Tissue Prep - Foam Rolling Upper Back

Foam rolling is great for tissue prep- alleviating tension, tightness, and knots. A broad roll is helpful for finding the area with most tension, but for an effective treatment I recommend staying over a knot or the most “intense” area of your roll and focusing on breathing through “The Sensation”. Feel free to use this before or after you stretch.
